President Moon briefs Canada PM on inter-Korean summit

President Moon Jae-in spoke on the phone with his Canadian counterpart to fill him in on the results of the inter-Korean summit.
The liberal leader asked for support in working towards complete denuclearization and establishing lasting peace on the Peninsula.
Justin Trudeau emphasized the two sides friendship and vowed his country will do its part for peace.
The PM pledged to discuss Korea-related issues at the G-7 summit set to take place in Quebec next month.
Trudeau also offered his condolences to President Moon over the deaths of two South Koreans in the recent van attack in Toronto.
He said the attacker will be tried for murder, and that Canada will do its utmost to ensure justice is served.
