Animals Welcomed On United Airlines, Again

Starting June 18, United Airlines will allow travelers to bring their cats and dogs along, after making improvements to their PetSafe transport program.
The Chicago based airline put the program on pause in March.
A small puppy named Kokito died on a 3-1/2-hour flight, after a United flight attendant asked the owner to put the dog in it's carrier place it in an overhead bin.
One of the airline's improvements includes a new partnership with the American Humane animal rights organization.
