Here's a bitesize demo of a 'Développé' taken from The London Children's Ballet production of 'Ballet Shoes' performed in 2001.

Definition: Also known as 'temps développé'. A movement in which the leg is first lifted to retiré, then fully extended outward, passing through attitude.
