Man lays down in road then gets up again in Philippines

This is the bizarre moment a pedestrian runs out and lays in the road before being helped to his feet by another person.

The incident happened in Commonwealth, Quezon City, Philippines. The person's intention for doing that is still unclear.

The driver who captured the scene on his dash cam footage warned others to ''beware of these kind of people on the road''.
