Chris Goffey gives us a review of a 1999 model Volkswagen Lupo, as he finds out how it performs and handles, as well as seeing how practical it is. The Lupo is smaller than a Golf, but offers the same interior space - this particular model is the 1.4 litre engine, which produces a modest 75bhp.
