This is Part 2 of the Develyn, Franks, Palmer and Cranford Reconstruction of the Doctor Who story, The Smugglers. This reconstruction was likely to have been produced around 1995 at the earliest with the precise year being difficult to place. This is a really early attempt at reconstructing a missing Doctor Who story and was the main way Doctor Who fans could relive The Smugglers up until the release of the Loose Cannon Original version in 1999.
