'There were no cheat moments. I would say you have to be very sincere. It's a tough examination', says 27-year old Saad Miya Khan who is one of the 990 candidates on the final list of Public Service Commission (UPSC) exams. This year, 41 Muslims cleared this tough exam with Saad Miya Khan occupying the twenty-fifth rank. Saad shares some of his insights on how to pass this examination which is a tough nut to crack and what motivated him to pursue a career in administrative services.
