Centre files petition in SC on Eath Penalty, says hanging till death quicker, safer method

Backing the hang by death execution procedure, the centre has now told SC that hanging till death is a safer and quicker method of executioning of death sentence than lethal injections. The centre has filed a petition in the SC in this regards.
