Ingredients (Yields 12):\r
45g Cocoa Powder\r
50g Truvia (or similar granular sugar substitute\r
60g (2oz) Unsalted Butter\r
60g (2oz) Cream Cheese\r
2 Large Eggs\r
1 tsp Vanilla Extr\r
\r

Preheat oven to 375°F and prepare a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Blend cream cheese with Truvia until smooth. Lightly beat the eggs and mix with melted butter and vanilla extr. Add egg mixture to cream cheese and mix well until no lumps. Gently fold in cocoa powder. Spoon mixture into round shapes - You may want to press/flatten them yourself (mine didnt seem to move from the shapes I made) Bake 10-15mins and ensure you check on them frequently so they dont burn! Let them cool completely.\r
