Homemade Butterscotch ice cream Recipe

Almonds and cashewnut pieces 2 ts\r
butter one spoon\r
Heavy cream1cup\r
Powdered sugar 1 cup\r
butterscotch essence\r
milk 2 tbs\r

First we are going to make Praline, For that make caramel from sugar, then add dry fruits pieces and butter in it. now pour that mixture in a flat plate and let it cool down. when it becomes hard crush it in the mixer.\r
Then take some ice in a vessel and put another pot on it and whip the cream (for 10 min). then add some powdered sugar, milk, praline and butterscotch essence in it . Keep the mixture in freezer for 6-7 Hours.
