Japanese Melting Salmon Sushi | Food Busker

Welcome back to Food Busker people. This is NOT I repeat NOT a traditional Japanese recipe, but it is my tasty take on melting salmon. Home-made sushi dipped into my light tempura batter and deep fried for perfection. Served with soy sauce, wasabi and some pickled ginger.
