During a photo call for Hotel Transylvania: Summer Vacation, the 25-year-old revealed that the 'right moment' will be the deciding factor of her album's release.
'I don't know when the right moment is,' began Selena, in an interview with Popsugar. 'And I really mean that, not in a way that I'm trying to be mysterious or cool.'
