Amazing effort by Sebastian Rossi (ARG)
The 23-Year-old Sebastian Rossi (ARG) broke his paddle at the start of the race but still managed to complete the 2015 ICF Junior and U23 World Championship course in Foz do Iguassu, Brazil propelling himself with just his hands.
