After losing a game to Wales 2-3, India's women's hockey team came right up with a stunning victory of 2-1 against Olympic champions England in its third Pool A match of the Commonwealth Games 2018. While the English captain Alexandra Danson scored very early in the game, India's Gurjit Kaur and Navneet Kaur put us back in the tournament with a goal each in the 42nd and 48th minute respectively. However, India has a long way to go. They have to beat South Africa to be able to enter the semi-finals.
