Heidi Heitkamp Soon To Face Competitive Race In North Dakota

Heidi Heitkamp is facing a competitive race for North Dakota’s Senate seat. She is betting on her deep connections with several people in the state to keep it. Although North Dakota is considered a red state and gave Donald Trump their vote Heitkamp thinks it’s not so simple to characterize the whole state as red. In the fall’s general election she will be going up against Republican Kevin Cramer.
