Cauvery issue : Stalin urges prez Ramnath Kovind to form CWMB

Cauvery protests threaten to lay siege to Chepauk stadium and disrupt the Ipl match scheduled for april 10 in Chennai.With just two days to go for the Ipl match between the Chennai Super Kings and the Kolkata Knight Riders, around 20 students from dr. Ambedkar Government law college have submitted a petition to the Tamil Nadu cricket association (TNCA) to reschedule the match. Dmk's Mk Stalin has meanwhile filed a nationwide petition to the president of India urging him to form the cauvery water mgmt board in accordance with the sc verdict .In conjunction with this campaign, physical post cards signed by farmers of the region will also be sent to the president of India. Remember, pro-kannada outfits have also called for a bandh on april 12.
