Good morning. South Korea and its neighbors will have cooler conditions with another band of rain in the forecast in Korea on this Arbor Day.

Right now, it's raining mostly in the central and inland regions, but dark clouds will spread to rest of the country, dropping a good amount of precipitation on most regions until early tomorrow morning.

Southern coastal regions will see heavier rain -- between 20 to 60 millimeters -- the rest will see 10 to 40 millimeters. Today is also Cheongmyeong, meaning "pure brightness" but unlike the term implies... expect a grey and wet day.

And it will feel more like mid-March in the afternoon, dress accordingly... the wind will make it feel colder than the actual temperature readings.

You will notice much breezier conditions once you step outside, Seoul, Daejeon Busan and Daegu are waking up to a low of 8 degrees.

Highs will rise just a couple notches topping out at 10 degrees in Seoul and Gyeongju, Chuncheon rising to 9 degrees.

That's Korea for you and here's the international weather for viewers around the world.
