How To MakeTea Bread\r

Ingredients:\r
10 ounce bread flour\r
1 teaspoon salt\r
Nutmeg\r
Half teaspoonful sugar\r
1& 1/2 sachet of 75g Dry yeast\r
1 Table spoonful Butter\r
Warm water (about 150ml)\r

Method:\r
1 Measure the flour into your mixing bowl\r
2 Add the yeast\r
3 Add salt\r
4 Add sugar\r
5 Add butter\r
6 Rub in the ingredients \r
7 Add the warm water gradually\r
8 Mix till the medium hard dough is achieved.\r
9 Kneed the dough on the working surface untill a good elastic texture is obtained\r
10 Mould into desired shape\r
11 Put the dough in your greased baking pan\r
12 Allow the dough to proof for about 15- 20 min by covering it with a damp cloth.\r
13 Pre heat oven for about 5 min\r
14 Put the dough in the oven at 150C = 300F = Gas Mark for about 15 min.\r
15 Check whether bread is ready.\r
16 Remove and cover with kitchen napkin and allow to cool.\r
17 Serve with tea or porridges.
