Cookies and Cream Cheesecake (Oreo Style) with Michaels Home Cooking

This is a family favorite cheesecake. Everybody seems to love this Oreo Cheesecake or some call it Cookies and Cream Cheesecake. I hope you try this, everyone will want seconds!\r
Ingredients:\r
4 packages cream cheese (908 grams) or 2 pounds\r
1 package of oreos 16 oz or 450 grams\r
4 Tablespoons butter (45 grams)\r
4 eggs\r
1 cup sugar (200 grams)\r
1 Tablespoon vanilla (15ml)\r
1/2 cup cream (whipping cream, heavy cream) (180 ml)\r
1 cup sour cream (230 grams)\r

Bake 350 (170C) for 15 minutes, then lower heat to 250 (121C) and bake an additional 1 and 1/2 hours. I used a 9 inch springform pan for this.\r

Chocolate Ganache:\r
2 cups chocolate chips 12 oz or 240 grams (semi-sweet) or (milk chocolate)\r
I used semi-sweet\r
1 and 1/3 cups cream (320ml)\r
