Tamar Braxton lost her husband after filling for divorce in October 2017 – and now she is officially losing her home and the mansion the Braxton Family Values star shared with Vince Herbert is in pre-foreclosure.

“We are in the foreclosure process,” a spokesperson for Title Trust Deed Service Company said. “We have no notice of default yet. It is not on the auction block as of right now.”

According to real estate site Zillow, the home went in default on February 26, 2018.

Braxton, 41, and Herbert, 45, who were married for nine years before the split, purchased the home for $10,500,105 in April 2013.

They put the stunning home on the market in October 2017 for $15 million. The house was then listed for rent for $150,000 a month in February 2017. A week later, the rent went down to $100,000 a month. Then in March, the price was decreased again to $85,000 a month.

The 16,000 square foot home features seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms.

The sprawling mansion sits on a two-acre lot that is complete with a grand two-story entry, recording studio, 15-car garage, wine cellar, game room, barber shop, glam room, elevator, pool and more luxuries.

Herbert, who owns Streamline Records, was ordered to pay $3.7 million in September 2017 after he was sued over a 2013 advance.

Braxton opened up about her divorce on The View in February.

“I have a regular marriage, and regular marriages, like everybody else, things happen,” she said. “In my marriage, it was just to a point where I felt divorce was the only option that I had left. Although we’re in extensive counseling, and that is much needed and it still will always be.”

She also shut down rumors that she filed for divorce because he impregnated another woman. Herbert denied the allegations as well.
