State of play over tit-for-tat expulsions in spy poisoning row

Moscow on Thursday announced the expulsion of 60 US diplomats and the closure of the US consulate in Saint Petersburg in the latest move in the row following the poisoning of Sergei and Yulia Skripal. US State Department spokeswoman Heather Nauert says that "Russia is choosing... to further diplomatically and economically isolate itself."
