Ne-Yo Talks “Good Man,” New Album & R&B Revival

After putting a brief pause on solo releases, Ne-Yo is back and gearing up to drop his new album 'Good Man' on June 8th. The LP has been in talks since he released the single “Another Love Song” last May, and it will be his first studio album since 2015’s Non-Fiction.
“Good Man” is the latest track to be shared, keeping to Ne-Yo’s signature R&B flow with a sample from D'Angelo’s song “Untitled (How Does It Feel).” The lyrics employ relationship messages about remaining faithful to women, but that opinion didn’t sit so well with everyone when Ne-Yo posted on Instagram “We Gotta Make Being Faithful to One Woman Cool Again Like 90’s R&B Songs.”
