If you have any questions, just leave a comment below. If the insole is glued down, just pull it up. Thats what I did for these shoes, you can see the glue on the bottom of the insole. If the insole slides around you can always glue the insole back down. This way of lacing shoes doesnt have a name so I just call it diagonal lace. And then I tie the laces under the insole so theres no bow.
