The 2017 Toyota GT86 (also called Toyota 86, Toyota FT86 and formerly Scion FR-S) is a facelifted version of the GT86 that was being sold from new until 2016.\r

It is a 2+2 two-door sportscar with a 2.0 liter 4-cilinder petrol engine that produces 200 hp and 205 Nm of torque. The version with manual gearbox) goes from 0 to 100 in 7,8 seconds and its top speed is 226 km/h. The 86 with 6-speed automatic gearbox is a bit slower, it goes from 0 to 100 in 8,2 seconds and has a top speed of 210 km/h. \r

Official fuel consumption (for the manual) is rated (NEDC) at 7,8 liters per 100 km. CO2-emissions are 180 g/km. In reality the car consumes between 7 and 10 liters per 100 km. The 86 with automatic gearbox is on paper more efficient. It consumes 7 liters per 100 km and it emits 164 g/km CO2. \r

Subaru makes a car which is technically identical to the Toyota GT86, namely the BRZ. Also the Subaru BRZ got a facelifted version in 2017.\r
