Egg parotta or Muttai veechu prepartion by indian street food vendor.\r
Parotta is an indian layered flat bread. \r
Ingredients to prepare parotta dough:\r
All purpose flour /Maida - 1 kg\r
Salt 1 to 1.5 spoon\r
OIl 50 - to 100 ml\r
Egg - 1\r
Water \r
Mix the salt , maida flour and egg. Add water and mix thoroughly. Add little oil oil and knead the dough. Repeat this process for may time till the dough becomes soft. Rest the dough for 2 hours.
