Finally! Its tastePINK and I am back with another WHAT I EAT IN A DAY video! Ill be showing (nearly) a full day of eating! This is not an aggressive meal plan, but rather healthy meal ideas that are beginner friendly, which can be adapted, so as to modify for even CLEANER eating. I also discuss vegetarian options to accomodate such a diet. Im not a professional, I do not count calories or get into macros (though I should). but I hope this serves as motivation and inspiration! \r
