On 9.23.12 Ed Sheeran was explaining the meaning behind Kiss Me at River Stage at Great Landing. While he was doing this a woman began having a violent asthma attack in the 3rd row. He stopped what he was doing and immediately asked security to help the woman. He attempted to jump down into the mosh pit to help her but security held him back so instead he looked on in concern and held her hand as she was carried away on a stretcher.
