For this we need:\r
1. Plastic jars with lids - 2 pcs.\r
2. Syringes - 2 pcs.\r
3. Engine 12 volts\r
4. Superglue + hotmelt\r
5. Wires.\r
\r
Manufuring:\r
1. Cut out the cover in the center of the circle and make a hole equal to the diameter of the motor shaft. In my case, 3 mm.\r
2. Cut blade impeller. (I made the blade is too wide, it is better to make them smaller (5-7 mm). Stick to the disk.\r
PS Ring on the blades serve to increase the stiffness, but it was odd.\r
3. Cut off the bottom of the cans (It will be part of the pump casing. The size depends on the height of the impeller. There must be a reserve of a few millimeters) and make 2 holes. One side angle equal to the inner diameter of the syringe (By the rotational direction of the blades). In my case, 10 mm (12 mm syringe). A second hole for the protruding portion of the engine.\r
4. Cut off the syringe at an angle and then slightly rounded scalpel for a snug fit to the curve of the banks. Stick to the hot melt adhesive. Then superglue to glue engine.\r
5. In the cover to make a hole for water intake 10 mm and glue gun.\r
6. On the side to make a cutout for the syringe.\r
7. drop of superglue to the center of the impeller and fit onto the motor shaft. Drip a little glue for a better setting.\r
8. On the inside of the lid cause hot melt and stick to the bottom of the jars.\r
9. Solder the wires to the engine and tie them in a knot.\r
10. At the bottom of the can do a small hole under the wire and push wire in it.\r
11. Glue the motor housing to the pump casing, using hot melt glue. Shёv carefully fluff melting for a better seal.\r
12. Seal the hole exit wire hot glue.\r
13. The pump is ready. It is safe to lower it into the water and experience the performance. If you do not dangle, then change the polarity.\r
