Fresh plea in SC against Muslim practices, says declare practice illegal & unconstitutional

A fresh plea has been filed in the Supreme Court seeking to declare as “illegal” and “unconstitutional” the practices of nikah-halala, nikah mutah and nikah misyar, among the muslim community. The petition was filed by a Hyderabad based Moullim Mohsin Bin Hussain Bin Abdad Al Kathiri. NewsX has accessed a copy of the petition.
