Pakistan pulls out of WTO summit in Delhi; now, envoy unlikely to return

The diplomatic standoff between India and Pakistan is expected to continue as Pakistan pulled out of the two summits scheduled to be held in Delhi tomorrow. Pakistan summoned its envoy over false allegations, claiming that Pakistani diplomats have been facing harassment in India. Pakistan had initially accepted the offer.
