What is ASMR?\r
ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response and it is a term that categorises the pleasant (non-ual) feeling of goosebumps or chills that some can feel when they are being triggered by an external stimuli such as whispering, personal attention or certain sounds. \r
