2 md-L sz onions, fresh coriander, 1 habanero chilli, 1 L whole garlic peeled, 6-8 green chillies and 1½ inch ginger. Spices - 1ts full salt, 1ts full chilli powder, 1ts full coriander powder, 1/3rd ts turmeric powder, 1ts full cumin seeds and ¾ ts garam masala (homemade) and 1.2– 1.5 kg chicken\r
Method – Fry thinly sliced onions in ½ cup cooking oil until its pink on md heat. Add chicken, crushed ginger, garlic and habanero and fry, add all the spices and mix. Cover and cook on a md-low heat. When you have confirmed the chicken is cooked start frying until the oil separates and garnish with some fresh coriander and chillies.\r
