One-Pan Chocolate Chip Skillet Cookie

This is my original chocolate chip cookie recipe:\r

Ingredients:\r

2 1/8 cups Flour\r
1/2 tsp Salt\r
1/2 tsp Baking soda\r
1 1/2 sticks Butter\r
1 1/2 cups Brown sugar\r
2 Eggs\r
2 tsp Vanilla\r
1 x 12oz bag (about 2 cups) Chocolate chips\r

- Preheat oven to 350ºF/180ºC.\r
- Melt butter in 10/25cm skillet over medium heat.\r
- Add sugar and stir until smooth, but not completely dissolved.\r
- Turn off heat and let butter and sugar mixture cool to room temperature.\r
- Once cooled, mix in eggs and vanilla.\r
- Stir in flour, salt, and baking soda.\r
- Stir in chocolate chips.\r
- Bake in skillet for 30-40min.\r
- Cool and serve in skillet.\r
