Lifetime Signs Production Deals with Queen Latifah and Toni Braxton According to Variety, the network announced the deals as part of its upfront presentation on Thursday. Latifah will executive produce a documentary on the history and future of women in hip-hip, and will also star and produce in a one-hour special called 'U.N.I.T.Y.' as tries to remake her hit single from 1993. Braxton, on the other hand, signed up for a multi-movie production deal with Lifetime, including a movie that will appear as part of its holiday programming later this year. Both Queen Latifah and Toni Braxton have been part of the Lifetime family for many years and its proven that our audiences love them as much as we do and we are excited they will be back on the network for even more.
