You can also make it on a Monster Tail by following the same directions. You will need one Rainbow Loom or Monster Tail to make this design and Jacy used at least 14 black rubber bands and 24 white rubber bands to make one eye. This tutorial is for everyone who conted Jacy and told her that they didnt have buttons to use for the eyes. Please follow Jacys 3D owl tutorial if you need help attaching the eyes to your owl. These Rainbow Loom eyes are attached the same way as the buttons.\r
