CHICKEN FAJITA (Made at HOME)\r

2 lbs. boneless chicken breast (about 3 large breasts), cut into strips\r
1/2 teaspoon dry oregano\r
1/2 teaspoon chili powder\r
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt\r
1 teaspoon cumin\r
1/4 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper\r
1/4 teaspoon crushed Red Pepper\r
Juice of lemon\r
2 Tablespoon olive oil\r
1 large onion, sliced\r
1 green bell pepper, washed, seeds and ribs removed, sliced\r
1 orange/red bell pepper, washed, seeds and ribs removed, sliced\r

In large bowl.add chicken, 1 tablespoon olive oil, fresh lemon juice, oregano, chili powder, salt, cumin, black pepper and red pepper.toss ingredients together well with fork. Cover and marinate for 15-20 minutes.\r

Meanwhile, slice onion and bell pepper. Add together in a dish.\r

Heat skillet on high with 1 tablespoon olive oil, Add chicken to sizzling skillet for 2-3 minutes. Add onions and bell pepper. Cook for 10-15 more minutes. \r

Add Chicken Fajita to serving dish.\r
