Crap Day Bath Routine | TheBeautyList
Sometimes its important to take a step back and look after ourselves. This is how I like to relax and feel a million dollars again.\r

RACHS GUIDE TO A LOVELY BATH:\r
\r
1. Get into comfy clothes.\r
2. Make a hot drink (avoid coffee as youre meant to be winding down!)\r
3. Run water. I added Epsom salts and some bubble bath.\r
4. Set the mood with some candles\r
5. A hand towel placed where your head goes adds extra comfort!\r
6. I like to set up everything Im going to need in the bath so its close at hand (a flannel, a spare hand towel, etc.)\r
7. Its a really good idea to have a glass of water close by too, you can overheat and even become dehydrated in the bath and end up getting out feeling sick.\r
8. I like to have everything out in front of me before I really begin my pampering so take time to make sure everything is there for you to see.\r
9. I then begin by double cleansing, first with an oil and then with a foamy cleanser. \r
10. I then pop on a face mask and jump in the bath while it does its thing.\r
11. You can take whatever you want with you into the bath -- a book, magazine, music. I opted to watch The Little Mermaid.\r
12. Once Im about 10 minutes into my bath, I take the face mask off with the flannel I left nearby and enjoy the rest of the .\r
13. Then once Im out I complete the rest of my skincare. \r
14. I do an exfoliating toner; an eye cream; a good night time serum; and then moisturise. I went for an oil instead of a proper moisturiser this time for a little bit more indulgence and really massaged it in. I finished off with a lip balm.\r
