A lot of you have been asking why I stopped breastfeeding so I decided to make a video explaining why we had to stop breastfeeding. This video is about a month old, we stopped breastfeeding when Brooklynn was 9 months old.\r

I also explained how we transitioned her to formula for those of you that were asking. If you want a more in depth video of how we switched to formula let me know in the comments and I will make one!\r

I thought it might be helpful to also add how to dry up your breast milk supply because it can be a very painful process. Hopefully some of these tips will help some of you other mamas out there :)\r
