Police unable to arrest rogue tout who beats up clients

Police at Nairobi's central Station are on the spot for allegedly shielding a rogue Matatu tout who continues to preside over a reign of terror on motorists and passengers a like at the Tea Room terminus along Nairobi's Accra road. The man, Felix Mwingirwa is alleged to have powerful connections within the police service which has earned him the title 'Untouchable'. There have been several reports of assault filed against Felix Mwingirwa, but in a strange twist of events, the people who filed the complaints against the tout have ended up behind bars in unclear circumstances. Our crime reporter Steve Juma delves deep into a mater that seems to be beyond the police.
