A recovering koala joey was fed with a syringe while being kept nice and clean with a bib, as seen in this video posted by rescuers from a sanctuary in Port Stephens, New South Wales, on March 5.The carers at Port Stephens Koala said Lind-Lill, also called “Fickle Feral” due to her wild nature, weighed about 2.5 kg and would start weaning from milk to gum leaves.“The little girl has defied all odds stacked against her and survived her illness,” rescuers wrote, noting the koala joey had been recovering from pneumonia for around a month.
