President Moon Jae-in's special delegation that sat down with North Korean leader Kim Jong-un is taking off for Washington this morning.

It hasn't been confirmed whether the envoys will meet U.S. President Trump, but they are scheduled to meet U.S. National Security Adviser H.R.
