President Moon Jae-in's special delegation that sat down with North Korean leader Kim Jong-un is taking off for Washington this morning.
The National Security Council chief Chung Eui-yong and National Intelligence Service chief Suh Hoon,... are carrying a message from the North Korean leader, but no details of its content have been released.
It hasn't been confirmed whether the envoys will meet U.S. President Trump, but they are scheduled to meet U.S. National Security Adviser H.R. McMaster and other officials to brief them on North Korea's stance on possible future talks with Washington, and its apparent willingness to suspend its nuclear program if the security of the North’s government is assured.
