7.Squid Spermatophores\r
One day, a 63 year old South Korean woman decided to eat squid at a local restaurant. As she took her first bite she discovered that the squid was only partially cooked and spit it out immediately. Afterwards, the woman complained that it felt as if something were growing inside of her mouth, so she visited the doctor. The doctor amazingly found small white, spindle shaped organisms which were believed to be parasites. Later it was found that they were ually sperm bags that were discharged into the womans mouth as she chewed on the partially cooked squid.\r

An Australian man by the name of Dylan Maxwell decided to take a vacation to the beautiful Indonesian island of Bali and came back with a little more than he meant to. After complaining of pain from what he thought was a spider bite and going to the doctor, the medical professionals made a truly shocking discovery. A tiny tropical spider had made its way into Mr. Maxwells body through a small appendix scar and had taken up residence for three days. Upon returning to Australia, the man had the spider removed ending what must have been the vacation from hell.\r

5.Maggots\r
It was discovered that a 92 year old woman with Alzheimers disease had been living in her Illinois nursing home with 57 maggots inside of her ear. The maggots had been inside of her ear for 2 or 3 days before she was taken to a hospital and had the maggots removed. Her family was both shocked and outraged after learning of this. They were paying $10,000 a month to have her stay and be cared for in this nursing home. Though the Illinois Department of Public Health found no violations, the womans family had her immediately removed from the nursing home. \r

You hear of worms being found inside of the human body all the time and it is never a pleasant story. You would think that having worms in your stomach is about as terrifying and disgusting as it gets. This story will make you think again. A 50 year old Chinese man had persistent headaches so he went to a doctor. The doctor found that there was a rare species of tapeworm in the mans brain! The worm was removed from the mans cranium but he still apparently suffers from problems associated with having a living worm inside of his brain. \r

3.Amoeba\r
There is an amoeba out there that is known as the “brain eating amoeba.” It is found in bodies of warm water such as rivers, lakes, ponds and hot springs. After entering the human body through the nose, it makes its way through the central nervous system until it eventually finds the brain. Once there it starts eating away at brain cells causing a disease called primary amoebic meningooencephalitis. Once you have this disease you can pretty much kiss yourself goodbye as the disease carries with it a fatality rate of over 95%.\r

2.Lungfish \r
A man from Brazil had to have an emergency operation performed when it was discovered that a lungfish had burrowed itself inside of his abdomen. It is unknown how the fish ended up inside of the Brazilian mans body in the first place, but luckily the man survived the surgery. The fish however was not so lucky as it had to be euthanised after the procedure. Several videos surfaced of the operation where you can see the fish being pulled out of the man. You can also see several people in the operating room taking videos of the shocking event with their phones. As a result the man filed a formal complaint with the hospital and the dean of the hospital banned cellphone use inside of the hospitals surgical centers. \r

Sanju Bhagat was very self conscious about his weight throughout his life. No matter what he did he had always had an unusually large stomach and was constantly teased for having the appearance of a pregnant woman. Finally, in June of 1999 Sanju, a native of Nagpur, India was rushed to a local hospital, complaining of shortness of breath and pain in his stomach. At first, doctors assumed there was a large tumor inside of the 36 year olds stomach. When they opened him up they were flabbergasted to find a half formed creature that even had developed hands and feet. The creature was removed and Sanju made a full recovery. While he still gets teased, now for “giving birth,” Sanju lives a happy, healthy life to this day.
