Trackmaster Scruff review and first run with Whiff.

Hi all I got this one on ebay about a month ago and he has been waiting very patiently for his own video, he came describes as new without box. He is in overall good condition and runs very well.\r

Scruff is a small steam engine and one of the most bizzarre looking steam engines i have ever seen, he came to the island of Sodor to help Whiff with rubbish collection and is often called Scruff the scruncher. This version runns on a single AA battery and has the flat type drive unit, it is a little bit noisy but not the most noisy engine I own its speed is decent although Whiff is a bit faster. \r

Its paint and details are done well enough and it looks decent, this is a very basic looking locomotive though it is box shaped and looks very similar to rusty, I dont quite know why rubbish collection is done by rail in the show perhaps they dont have any garbage trucks lol.\r
\r
I give this engine a score of 9/10 because its appearance is almost identical to the charer in the show, though having said that the charer in the show is not a complex model so the job was not hard. Its noisy drive unit lets it down a bit but it is not the end of the world :p I dont know why they fitted such a long coupling as i demonstrated by swapping to a normal one it was just not necessary.\r
\r
I was almost going to refilm this whole video because of my lighting error at the start but I feel its still ok.\r

Thanks for watching!! Drop a comment and let me know what you think of this engine :D
