Sloppy Drunken Guy Too Drunk to Walk, Drops Drawers in Tenderloin (4K UHD)

I was walking through the Tenderloin District here in San Francisco, when I saw someone threatening a man who was laying on his back with a cane. Turns out that the person on his back was too drunk to get up and walk properly, and the person standing over him, waving the cane over him, was his boyfriend. The drunk gets pulled to his feet a few times, and nearly fell backwards into the street at least twice. He finally makes it across the street, only to have his pants fall down, and topple over again. Towards the end of the video you can see the alcoholics lover prodding him with the cane, then slap him on the leg.\r
