DIY Simple Alice in Wonderland Dress

Heya guys this is my tutorial for Alices dress! I ually wanted to upload this before Halloween but some stuff came up which is why its so late :( But you can use this for cosplay or next Halloween. You can also use this tutorial to make a simple peterpan collar dress with puffed sleeves! I used about 2 yards of light blue cotton fabric. I hope you enjoyed this tutorial :)\r
