1 1/2 cup of strawberry puree\r
2 cups whipping cream\r
1 /3 cup icing sugar\r
1 1/2 tbsp of unflavoured gelatin\r
1/3 cup hot water \r

Optional: Strawberry jelly\r
1/3 cup strawberry puree\r
1 tsp gelatin\r
1 tbsp hot water\r
1 1/2 tbs sugar
