4. Sumo deadlift ss kick in leg-kick machine 3-4set x 10reps/15reps\r
5. Smith side lunges 3-4set x 10-12reps/leg\r
6. Curtsy lunge knee up ss miniband abductor 3set x 10-12reps \r
7. Sumo-Walking cable ss cable-squats 3set x 5steps forward/5 steps backwards, 12-15reps squats\r
8. Cable abductor kicks 3set x 15reps\r
