Paris' adaptable migrant centre serves as example of versatility

France's first official reception centre for migrants opened in a northern Paris suburb in 2016. The architect of the project, Julien Beller, had to use his imagination to design an adaptable centre that could be installed quickly. And it's just as well, as the structure will have to be moved elsewhere in Spring 2018.
