A Nor'easter Heads Toward The East Coast

An intense nor'easter storm is expected to form between Thursday night and Friday. Heavy winds and coastal flooding are expected in New York and Massachusetts, with potentially record-setting flooding possible in Boston and Nantucket. But blustery winds, rain, and snow are building up as the winter storm that's been given the name "Riley" heads for the Northeast and New England.
