How to Catch Regirock in Pokemon Emerald

1.Dive at the diving spot at Route 134 and go inside the sealed chamber.\r
2.Read the braille on the rock with the inscription and use Dig.\r
3.The door is going to open. When you are in the next room go and read the braille.\r
4.Now switch up the pokemon like shown on the video.\r
5.There will be an earthquake and the Regi caves will be unlocked.\r

HM 3 Surf.\r
HM 6 Rock Smash.\r
Relicanth, you can only find it underwater on routes 124 and 126.\r
Wailord\r
TM28, Dig - you can get it at the Fossil Maniacs House\r
